All purchases over £49.95 for delivery within the UK mainland are delivered free of charge, purchases of less than £49.95 for delivery within the UK mainland will be subject a delivery fee calculated on the basis of the total cost of your order.

Deliveries to all other supported areas are subject to the prevailing delivery rates but will not be more than £25.95.

We will endeavour to deliver within five working days for UK mainland deliveries but this cannot be guaranteed, all other deliveries are subject to the prevailing delivery timescales quoted by our chosen courier service.

If goods are returned to us because you fail to take delivery and you request a re-delivery you will be responsible for the re-delivery costs. We may waive this charge at our descretion. However, if we waive the costs and you subsequently return the good for refund we will deduct the re-delivery charges from your refund.

If you require express delivery or have any other requirements, please let us know by choosing the express delivery option orcompleting the special instructions section of the Customer Information page during the checkout process.

Please note, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day. This also applies to all express delivery orders.
